Our Team

Aimee and Amanda - founders of Jointly

We’re on a mission to make prenuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, and postnuptial agreements more accessible to Canadians.

Our mission is to help more Canadian couples to get on the same page at the beginning of their relationships, and to stay out of court if their relationships end.  We use technology to provide simplified relationship planning. Jointly makes getting a prenuptial, postnuptial, or cohabitation agreement collaborative, affordable, and convenient.

Not having a plan means navigating complicated financial decisions at the end of a relationship, when tensions are running high and trust may be running low. Building an agreement together early in your relationship helps you to make decisions that mean you will both be taken care of if things don’t go as planned, and enables you to move forward into your next chapter without the trauma and expense of a contentious separation.

We designed Jointly to be:

As experienced lawyers, we worked hard to make Canada’s only digital family law platform straightforward and comprehensive, so you know you can move forward with confidence together, and move on with comfort if things don’t go as planned.
