We will respond to your submission within 5 business days attempt to work with you to resolve your concerns.
Jointly reserves the right to refund your original payment and terminate access to your account and the Services in the event a Complaint cannot be resolved.
Refunds
Refund Policy:
Once payment is made, customers can download, print, and use Jointly’s relationship agreements.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original payment. Refunds outside that time may be considered in specific cases to ensure customer satisfaction.
To request a refund, please explain why you no longer need or want to use your Jointly-generated documents.
If approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method and should appear on your credit card within 5-10 business days.
Refund Restrictions:
Refunds are not provided due to changes in personal circumstances that make Jointly no longer applicable.
