Complaints

  • Please complete the form below if you have a concern with your experience, quality, result, or payment with respect to:
    • the provision of Jointly’s Services or the operation of Jointly’s business, or
    • the collection, retention disclosure, or use of your personal information.
  • We will respond to your submission within 5 business days attempt to work with you to resolve your concerns.
  • Jointly reserves the right to refund your original payment and terminate access to your account and the Services in the event a Complaint cannot be resolved.

Refunds

Refund Policy:

  • Once payment is made, customers can download, print, and use Jointly’s relationship agreements.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original payment. Refunds outside that time may be considered in specific cases to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • To request a refund, please explain why you no longer need or want to use your Jointly-generated documents.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method and should appear on your credit card within 5-10 business days.

Refund Restrictions:

  • Refunds are not provided due to changes in personal circumstances that make Jointly no longer applicable.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original payment. Refunds outside that time may be considered in specific cases to ensure customer satisfaction.

Account Deletion:

  • Receiving a refund will result in the permanent deletion of your account.
